Protecting private and sensitive information is of utmost importance to me. As your mayor, neighbor, and champion of our valued city staff and College Park businesses, I understand the distress this situation has caused and want to assure everyone impacted that I take this matter very seriously.

I am sorry for any anxiety or inconvenience this situation is causing our community. I am actively spending time trying to understand all its components. Please know I have and will continue to urge swift and decisive action to address this matter and safeguard your trust in our city's administration.

The matter is currently with the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, and I fully trust their process to investigate this incident. Regardless of the Attorney General’s findings, I will continue to advocate for heightened accountability from our highest-ranking city staff, stricter protocols, increased training for all city employees, and regular audits to monitor compliance and prevent any future occurrences.
